The staff were kind and quick to help when we arrived around 2:50 p.m. and our room wasn’t ready. They apologized and moved us into an available room, which we appreciated. The hotel’s exterior also looks well cared for. Inside, the room was generally clean, but there were cracks in the bathroom walls and raised, peeling silicone where the carpet meets the tile. That uneven spot could trip someone, especially a child or anyone crossing the room at night. Our beds were usable, though the noticeable dips made them less comfortable. Noise was another issue. The hotel was sold out, and around 9 p.m. we could hear children running, jumping, and shouting in nearby rooms and the hall. Even with the TV on, the sound came through, and it seemed like people outside could hear us too. At $315 a night, even allowing for weekend demand, the room condition, beds, and noise didn’t feel in line with the price. Some maintenance and better soundproofing would help.

We remembered this hotel from a night here two years ago while driving through to AZ. It had been affordable and clean, so we stopped again this year. The price had gone up, but it still felt fresh and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Brooklyn at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. We could understand her easily on the phone, which was a plus for us. Breakfast had lots of choices, too. We’ll stay here again.

It was really quiet even with lots of families in town for soccer and softball tournaments. The front desk service from Brooklyn and Jaqueline was excellent, and the kids had a great time in the pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were spacious and clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the price felt worth it. It’s close to everything you need.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and the place felt peaceful. Staff were warm and attentive, and they even made us fresh cookies that were delicious. Breakfast was incredible, too. My wife enjoyed it so much she suggested adding a few days to our stay. We’re grateful to everyone there for the hospitality.

This was our second stay here. Shawn at the front desk was the highlight, friendly, funny, and helpful, and she found us a good price after a long day of driving. The room was nice, though the beds seemed really small. Noise outside the hotel in the morning woke me up. Breakfast was good, and the attendant was working hard and doing a good job.
