Wine Country Inn & Cottages Napa Valley

We had a wonderful stay, with friendly, helpful staff, beautiful gardens, and a quiet, relaxing pool area. The property welcomes dogs, though there's a fee. Our spacious, well-appointed room had a big modern bathroom, and the private balcony facing the vineyards and mountains was the highlight. So relaxing to have a glass of wine out there. Breakfast was very good, and they could bring it to the balcony. It's just too pricey for us to stay regularly.

Reading in our robes with coffee on the enclosed patio the next morning, looking out over the valley and vines, was such a romantic part of our birthday stay. We were upgraded, and they left a half bottle of wine and delicious local chocolates, which made the occasion extra special. The shower had great pressure and was tall enough for my 6'2" husband. Breakfast was a fabulous touch, with spinach quiche, sausage, bacon, pastries, fresh fruit, and hot coffee. We had an exceptional night at the Wine Country Inn & Cottages. We walked into a warm welcome, and I'm so grateful for the thoughtful surprises. We'd come back in a heartbeat, hopefully in summer so we can use the pool.

The views were spectacular, and we had a cute little patio to enjoy them from. The lobby breakfast area felt cozy and like home, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. The staff were kind and thoughtful. We were also close to some amazing wineries in St. Helena. We had a lovely stay and will absolutely be back.

We booked this place at the last minute after our first Napa Valley accommodation let us down. The only regret is not booking sooner and staying longer. With lovely grounds, beautiful countryside views, and a comfortable bed overlooking the scenery, this cozy little place had everything we wanted from a Napa retreat. We'll definitely return.
