The Nordic Pineapple B&B

We loved the Green Duck so much that we changed our plans and stayed in the room. The big bed, jetted tub, and decorations were all lovely, and there were thoughtful details throughout our stay. The owners and innkeeper were warm and attentive, taking care of little things and seeming to anticipate what we and the other guests might need. The Nordic Pineapple is a beautiful historic building, and the rooms are comfortable and luxurious. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, with good coffee and orange juice. We first came for our anniversary and were blown away by the experience. Even in winter, it was wonderful. This has quickly become a favorite, and we’ll be back. It’s a lovely choice for a celebration or a stay somewhere truly one of a kind.

We’ll definitely be back. The house has quiet spots for reading or games, and there was even a puzzle set out ready to do. Breakfast was waiting as soon as we came downstairs, with thoughtful touches all around the house. Our room, the teal bear, was spacious, with an even bigger bathroom, and the beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. Such a hidden gem, better than any hotel. I wish I could give it more stars!

The holiday atmosphere was picturesque, and the shared rooms in the house felt warm, inviting, and fun. My wife and I stayed over Thanksgiving weekend at The Nordic Pineapple and had a great time. Greg, Kjerstien, and Darci made us feel welcome and served a phenomenal breakfast. Our room was tidy and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

We booked a room at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The Inn is beautiful and has a lot of history, and we really enjoyed our stay.
