Bay Palms Waterfront Resort - Hotel and Marina

The grounds were lovely and well cared for, the rooms spotless, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax. The resort and its service made the stay feel perfect. From the start, everyone made me feel welcome and was warm, attentive, and ready to help. Kyleigh deserves a special mention for going out of their way, with useful recommendations, friendly check-ins to see if I needed anything, and a genuine smile each day. Their kindness and professionalism really stood out and made me feel valued. I had an unforgettable visit, highly recommend the resort for a memorable getaway, and will definitely be back. Our suite was ready when we checked in about four hours early, and they moved us into it. The cards didn’t work because it was around the time they reset, so we needed replacements. The scanner batteries were dying too, but Blanca was sweet, helpful, and accommodating. She got us inside and made sure we wouldn’t get locked out again until it could be fixed. The deck was a lovely place to relax, nap, or fish. The room was spacious, the view beautiful, and the location good. Staff were VERY helpful. We only stayed one night, though I’d have liked to spend days or even weeks there. We’ll most definitely stay again when we return!

We spent about five nights here and I felt well looked after. The location is beautiful, with boats in the marina and blue water right outside. The staff worked hard to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. Great service and a great spot, all at a very affordable price.

I almost forgot to mention this, but it’s a big deal: the bed was perfect. My girlfriend likes a softer mattress and I prefer a firmer one, so we usually struggle to find beds we both enjoy. Somehow this one hit a magical balance. We slept so well we even stayed in bed longer than planned, but it was blissful and exactly what we needed on vacation. My girlfriend says we have to come back. We love finding places with really high-quality beds!
