Unit 205 was clean, updated, and well maintained when we stayed in August 2025. The pool was clean too, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The unit has three chairs, two low beach chairs and one camp chair, plus one boogie board. There are no beach towels or toys. I think I read you can get towels there with a $2 cash deposit, but we brought our own. A small supply of salt, pepper, or other seasonings in the kitchen would be useful. The Publix across the street wasn’t operating in August 2025, so we had to drive about 2.5 miles toward Treasure Island to shop at the other one. I’d definitely stay here again.

It felt like home, and was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. We stayed through air b&b. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we could make coffee too. Shops and other places were an easy walk away. A stunning place to stay.

We rented a condo over Christmas and it was very nice. The only drawback was the single elevator, which was kind of slow.

The condo was updated and looked recently renovated, and Unit 201 made it an easy trip down one flight of stairs or in the elevator to the pool, then from there to the beach. The views from the room were amazing, with beautiful sunsets every night. The owners and management were very accommodating during our spring break family trip. I highly recommend this location for a vacation with family or loved ones. Very nice!

The beach made the trip for us. We went in April, when it was nice and quiet, and the soft sand was lovely. Our kids found other children to play with, everyone was friendly, and we even found a sand dollar. From our condo, it was a 5-10 minute walk to good restaurants and family activities. We stayed in 204, which had a great view of the pool, hot tub, and beach. The place looked gorgeous and brand new, like it had been renovated recently. I wish my house at home was this nice. There were beach chairs for us, plus a bin of toys for the kids. It was one of those trips you don’t want to end.
