Budget Inn St.Petersburg

I wish I’d stayed here sooner instead of at the roach and bedbug motel I was at before. The maids worked every day and made sure we had what we needed. There should be people working in the office, though. The property is being renovated, but the noise wasn’t too bad. They have cameras at the front and back parking lots, which I appreciated as I was traveling alone. Wi-Fi is available, but it isn’t secure. Thank you, Budget inn staff. You’re all awesome!

I found Budget Inn St. Petersburg to be a good-value, relaxing place to stay, with friendly service and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, and complimentary parking. It’s handy for getting to downtown St. Petersburg, beaches, local attractions, and restaurants. A comfortable, affordable option whether you’re in the area for business or leisure.

We were in downtown st pete for a window tinting job and needed rooms for a few employees for a couple of weeks. The manager was very helpful, and we worked out a fair price. We’re happy with the rooms and the location, and it was the best price I could find anywhere around downtown saint pete. They’re doing renovations to improve the property, too. This is now my first choice over AirBnB when I have employees in town for a big project.

Stay away. Traffic noise was loud in the room, and it was in terrible shape, room #211. The paint was peeling, and the lighting was so dim you couldn’t see how rundown the place was. The door was pockmarked, and I couldn’t tell whether it or the frame was out of square, but there were cracks you could see the stars through. The window coverings were either paper, on the back wall under the wall unit, or originals from the 1950s. I can’t say it enough, stay away.
