The staff were wonderful, and the beds were comfortable. Our big room had nearly everything we needed in the kitchen, except an oven, plus a lovely little pool and ocean views. It was an easy walk to lots of restaurants. We can't wait to return to this great little hotel!

My family had a really good time here, especially with the beach so close and the nice little pool that gets plenty of afternoon shade. We also liked having an almost complete kitchen for meals in, since food on the island is grossly overpriced. In room 206, though, the queen beds were very uncomfortable, and there was no oven. Those two issues came close to keeping me from giving the hotel/condo five stars.

The staff made us feel welcome from our first hello through goodbye, and we'll definitely book again. Sea Gate Inn was a quaint, relaxing gem with a great ocean view. It was just a few steps away for watching the sun. The room was clean and well stocked, and the building was smoke free. Local spots were within walking distance, with other favorites a short drive away. Thank you!

We had a wonderful few days here and plan to return. Even though we visited in the off season, it was quiet and in a great spot directly across from the beach. The room was one of the nicest I've stayed in. It's a convenient drive to St. Simon airport and town, and Jekyll Island is less than 30 minutes away.

We only spent one night at this Inn while passing through on a road trip, but we'll be back for a much longer stay as soon as we can. The view was spectacular, the room was immaculate, and it felt like home as soon as we walked in. We were greeted with a smile when we arrived.
