Gabby at the front desk made such a strong impression on us. She was knowledgeable, professional, warm, and efficient throughout our stay. Her smile and friendly manner made the place feel welcoming, and she went out of her way to help. We’re really grateful for the positive experience she gave us.

I stayed for three weeks, and Mama Koné greeted me with a smile every time. She was kind, patient, and welcoming, never showed any attitude, and made sure I had what I needed so I felt comfortable right away. Such great hospitality and customer service!

I spent about 20 days at the Marriott Bonvoy, and it felt like home. My room was clean and looked after every day, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I’d highly recommend staying here.

On December 26, 2025, we arrived to find the A/C off. We turned it on, but it only blew hot air and we couldn’t get it working. No one answered the phone, so we went to the front desk. The receptionist came to the room, told us to click “cool,” and left. Ten minutes later it shut off and wouldn’t turn back on. They wouldn’t move us to another room, so we spent a terrible night sweating. Before checkout the next morning, we needed to shower, but the water was really hot. The manager sent a technician, who confirmed the A/C wasn’t working. Then she simply asked what we expected her to do. I was very disappointed that Mariott would provide such terrible service. She offered extra points on my mariott bon voy account, then a $25 discount that I never received on my amex. Never again!
