Americas Best Value Inn & Suites

The rooms are large and modern, the location is great, and everyone on staff is so friendly and welcoming. I've stayed in lots of hotels, and this is easily one of my best stays. I wish I'd found it sooner. A definite 10. Thank you!

The room was nice, with no carpet, and the woman who checked us in was pleasant. You could still smell a little paint from the recent remodel. But the sheets were stained, and you have to ask for a microwave since one isn't already in the room. The AC took ages to cool things down. I called the front desk about the sheets and was told someone would bring fresh ones, but it took over 30 minutes. I noticed the towel stains only when my son was about to shower. We were too worn out from the drive to call again, so I bought towels at the Walmart right across the hotel. The hotel is in a very good area, but I wouldn't stay again. It's only two stories and has no elevator. The stairs smelled horribly of urine. There are adjoining rooms, too, with just a door between you and the neighbors, so you can hear everything. The people next door were extremely loud after midnight. This really was a case of getting what you pay for. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere.

It was quiet at night, and the beds were comfortable. Everything in the room worked, and the rooms were spacious and nice. The place looked clean as soon as we drove up. We had a great stay, and I'd recommend it to someone else. 🙂 👌 👍

We told the staff ahead of time that two of us were handicapped and needed a ground-floor or first-floor room. They weren't able to accommodate us because all the lower-floor rooms were taken. They offered one room, but it had no sheets or comforter and the mattress was stained. The location by Waffle House and Walmart wasn't the problem. The service was terrible, they weren't prepared, and I'll never stay here again.
