Carmen made a last-minute reservation change easy to handle, and her warm welcome was much appreciated. I also found the location easy to reach, even if you're unfamiliar with the area. My room was spotless, the AC worked perfectly, and the bed was comfortable. The roomy separate sitting area suited me well. There were lots of outdoor seating spots around the property, which was a lovely surprise for someone like me who enjoys morning coffee outside. There's also a large fenced grassy area with more seating for guests traveling with pets, plus a lovely sunset view in the evening. Thanks to Carmen and the rest of the staff for a great two-night stay. As a Hilton Honors member, I came in with high expectations, and they were met.

When I'm in Houston, I could stay closer to where I'm headed, but I choose this Home2 Suites. The grounds, shared spaces, and rooms are clean, and the free breakfast has plenty of tasty choices. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Thanks to Carmen, Maria, the manager whose name I didn't catch, and the rest of the staff. See you next time!

The bathroom has no garbage can, and its door doesn't lock. They also don't allow any noise from your room at any time of day. The service was extremely poor and it didn't feel family friendly. I wouldn't stay here.

We used the pool every day during our two weeks here while I was getting treatments at MD Anderson, and we loved the place. The room had plenty of space, and having a partial kitchen was a real bonus. The whole hotel was clean, with common areas cleaned daily, and all the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help. I'd stop here whenever I'm in the area. My only complaint is that the pool patio furniture could be better. Thanks, Home2 Suites!

The room was nice, but I felt so uncomfortable around the woman in charge of breakfast on October 10-12 that I had to be cautious about coming downstairs. On Saturday morning she and the light skinned receptionist stood in the office staring at me, then at each other, smirking and laughing while I ate. It felt demeaning, like I wasn't supposed to be there. They kept watching even after I got up, and I hurried away. On Sunday I rushed through breakfast too because she was looking at me and I felt like a bother. Her demeanor was off and she was rude. Booking a stay and feeling looked down on by a staff member was awful. Never again.
