The property was in impeccable shape everywhere we went, from the leasing office and lounges to the model unit and hallways. It’s clear the management team takes pride in the community, and the upkeep helped make it a top contender for me. Tyjana made the tour a stellar experience. She was professional and warm from the moment we met, and I felt welcome and valued. Her walkthrough was detailed and insightful, she pointed out thoughtful amenities, and she answered all my questions.

Tyjana Gonzalez, the Assistant General Manager, made a great impression with her knowledge, professionalism, and warm manner. I felt welcome as soon as I arrived, and she helped me picture myself living here. I toured Atlantic Station recently and was thoroughly impressed. The property is clean, modern, beautifully maintained, and clearly cared for. Great experience! I highly recommend checking it out.

I lived here for about four years, from 2021 to 2025, and moved out Sept. 27. The concierge team was the best part of my experience and the main reason I gave the building two stars. I had great relationships with Vincent, Kamika, Jaime, and the rest. They’d say hello when I got home from work and nearly convinced me to stay another year. The location is good for commuters, and a lobby screen shows when the train should arrive at Stamford station. The yoga room, Peloton, and 24-hour gym are nice amenities, too. The serious problems began when the amenities flooded in early May 2025. Management gave us a partial rent credit, then emailed that residents could choose to use Atlantic Station West’s amenities by signing a waiver. I didn’t use them the first month because it was presented as a choice. The next month, residents told me they’d been charged $100 even without signing. The email didn’t say we’d still be charged, only that our amenities remained flooded and unavailable. Management told me we’d pay regardless. To use the other building’s amenities, you had to ask its concierge, be escorted up, and be let in. To go from the gym to the pool, you had to go back down and be let in again. It felt impersonal and concerning that we could only access amenities when it suited them, despite having our own key to the amenities at Atlantic Station. Hot water also kept going off and on. Management’s solution was to provide two empty apartments and have a team clean them after each use, since the 6th-floor amenities bathroom couldn’t be used. It was terrible. You had to book a slot, and sometimes none were available. If you wanted to shower around the usual evening time before going to bed, there was a good chance you couldn’t shower that day. I saw countless holes in the walls, and big cracks running beside the doorframes when I looked above each one. My apartment had holes on both sides. It seemed the floors that weren’t shown on tours had these problems, while the floors prospective residents saw looked beautiful and crack-free. The shared driveway is awful to navigate. It can take up to 10 minutes to reach the garage because Atlantic Station shares it with all the neighbors. Management changed recently, and I had other issues with them too. Days after I’d paid, they called to say I still owed money, even though the resident app showed everything was up to date. I was happy to pay what remained, but they should have updated the portal balance instead of just telling me to pay a certain amount. If you’re thinking of moving here, read reviews from previous residents. The leasing office asked me to write a positive one because of the ratings, but I wanted to give my full, honest account.

Tyjana Gonzalez was attentive throughout my lease renewal and answered every question with patience and empathy. She made the process smooth and stress-free, and I’m grateful for her service. Past issues in the building have improved a lot, too. There are more tenant activities now, and they’re more varied. With Tyjana’s care and these positive changes at Atlantic Station, I was very happy to renew.

The property checks every item on my must-have list, plus a few things I hadn’t thought to ask for. I was impressed by the modern appliances, open space, and location, and the place is exquisite and very well maintained. Tyjana, the Assistant General Manager, hosted my tour. She was kind, welcoming, and professional, and spoke with real passion about the amenities and the benefits of living at Atlantic Station.
