After a seven-hour drive, I was disappointed to find the room so dirty, especially at $150 a night. There was trash on the floor and the carpet clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. The furniture, AC unit, and window were dusty. Hair from a previous guest was on the bathroom floor, dirt had built up around the edges, and the shower and sink already had hard-water stains before I used them. It made me think the room hadn’t been cleaned. For that price I expected better upkeep and a much cleaner room. Management needs to improve housekeeping and inspect rooms before guests check in.

I was stuck here for a week, and they ripped out the bathtub in the room next to mine. Housekeeping knocked on my door every day even though they knew I worked nights. When I pulled back the sheets, I found a huge urine stain. Breakfast was a joke, and I wouldn’t feed that stuff to my dog. The rude person at the front desk should be fired. Joseph, you’re a joke. The owner keeps commenting that things will be fixed, but we’re all still dealing with the same problems. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It needs to be shut down.

The linen had pubic hair on it, and I found beer bottles in my room because the cleaners hadn’t done it properly. Food was splattered all over the walls. The rooms and the whole hotel were disgustingly dirty. I’ll never stay here again.

Brenda at the Front desk was wonderful with my family and kids, really sweet. Great hospitality and service, and the rooms were clean. I’d definitely come back.
