The rooms smell like sewer gas, and there's a strong marijuana smell throughout the day and night. Breakfast is advertised as free, but management sleeps past it much of the time, so you might get lucky and find it available. Weekly rates are a bad deal too. If you pay for a week and have to leave unexpectedly the next day, they keep your money. Most other places would prorate it and refund you. That's truly not the American way of doing business. Never staying here again. A disgrace to the Patel Family hotel chain.

The room was in terrible shape. It was filthy, only one light worked, its wires were exposed, and the door wouldn't lock from inside. I told my wife to leave immediately and take the key back to the front desk. She and a friend had booked it for one night to attend a MS state football game. I spoke with Raj, who said the charge would be refunded, but it never was. This is a dangerous place and a health hazard. Don't stay here.

Breakfast was a letdown: the only juice was orange and had soured, the waffle mix was old and separated, and the eggs were fried hard. There were several kinds of tea, at least. When I reported the food problems, the staff member shrugged, said she didn't know anything about it, and walked away. Calls to the desk from my room or outside went unanswered. My room stayed warm, the fridge sounded like it was on its last legs, and the bed had a metal frame underneath the mattress, sitting on a platform. The TV wasn't connected to cable and had to be switched on manually. Parking was inconvenient for my room, and check-in was curt and unfriendly. This is the lowest Quality Inn I've stayed at.

The refrigerator didn't work, the outlets didn't seem safe, and roaches came out as soon as they smelled food. The first room, 110, had dirty towels on the shower rod and didn't look safe, so they moved us to 115. It seemed okay from the doorway, but the problems showed up after we settled in. My children and I ended up here because a winter storm hit back home. I booked through Choice, and I'm very disappointed with them. This is no place to stay. One unhappy Choice member!

The room was in bad shape and I felt unsafe. There were wires sticking out of all the lights, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the door didn't lock properly. I saw a man try to get into a locked car in the parking lot. The non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the towels were stained. After I refused housekeeping entry, they turned off my key, so I had to return to the front desk to get it reactivated. A terrible stay, and nearly $200 wasted for two nights. Do not stay here.
