Tahoe Summit Village

The rooms were clean and had all the supplies we needed, though some appliances and furniture could use an upgrade. Keep in mind there are more than 60 stairs up to the room. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return on our next trip. The location is nice, with great valley views, and some rooms may overlook the lake.

The room was amazing, and the woman at registration was courteous and helpful. She told us what was nearby and what we could do, including the hot tub, game room, and grilling, and warned us about bears and what to leave in the vehicle in case they came around. Two things kept this from five stars: the room smelled a little, and whoever stayed in or cleaned it before us missed something. We found an unpleasant surprise in one of the bathrooms. Aside from those issues, the place was amazing.

We had such a welcoming stay. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and the office staff were wonderful. The game room was a lot of fun, and we even spotted bears passing through at night. We stayed five nights, then moved closer to town for four more and regretted it. We wished we’d booked the whole trip at Tahoe summit. We’ll be back, and we’ll stay here again. Thanks!

The condo was in good shape, and the staff were really nice. For around $120 a night, getting a large two-bedroom place with a jacuzzi and washer and dryer felt like an incredible deal for Tahoe. Quite a few vertical blinds were missing, which seems easy to fix, but otherwise it was well maintained.
