Stay Plus Extended Stay Suites

The atmosphere was dingy and extremely loud around the clock, with tenants making noise day and night. The staff seemed dismissive, and our room wasn't clean even at check-in. Previous guests had left things in the cabinets, and the place felt generally unkept. I visited this suite for the weekend to see my fiance, who works in Georgia temp. It was hard to have a peaceful stay.

The room had roaches, and check-in service made me feel like I was interrupting the desk attendant. The place looks old, with a rusty fridge and only the bare minimum furnishings. The pillows were wafer thin. There was one hand towel, two bath towels, and two washcloths, which might explain the $10 charge for a second person. No TV guide, just one nightstand and one trash can. Very overpriced. One and done.

It looks nice from outside, but don't be fooled. There were roaches in the room, and the toilet wouldn't flush all the way. We could hear what sounded like elephants running around above us. Find somewhere else to stay.

The location worked well for our family reunion, and the desk staff were accommodating, though they weren't available until 9am. We found lots of roaches in our room and a family member's room. A week later I was still waiting on the full refund. 9/30, 30 days later, and still no refund.
