Batten Green Venue & Lodging

We spent a long weekend at Batten Green for a wedding, and the views were unmatched. Every night we sat on the back porch watching baby cows play on the hills. Our room was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Town is only about 10 minutes away, so visiting restaurants and stores was easy. Loved the whole stay.

The quiet grounds and farm views were what first helped us unwind. From the windows we could watch cattle grazing and hear the birds. We arrived Thursday for two nights, and the moment we turned in under the railroad bridge, Batten Green felt like the right road trip stop. Stephanie got back to my phone message promptly when I asked about two rooms, so booking was smooth and reassuring. Our room was gorgeous and very clean, with a comfortable bed and linens. The bright, inviting common room was lovely, and the coffee and tea station made it feel extra cozy. We'll add Batten Green to our list of places to stay again.

We stayed Thursday through Sunday and had our dogs with us, which was a big plus. The property was beautiful, and everyone at the wedding commented on it. We just got married here, and it was the most beautiful venue. Stephanie and Chase made setup easy and sent helpful reminders. Katelynn and Jared were also wonderful and helped us a lot. It was a perfect place to spend time with family and friends and host what felt like the best wedding ever!

The room looked out over hills and pastures, with cows from a nearby farm and even a few deer grazing in the late afternoon. We arrived a couple of hours early, but the room was ready. Getting in was easy: the lobby and room codes had been emailed before we arrived, making check-in contactless. The room was spacious and well appointed, and the bed was comfortable. My wife enjoyed the large tub several times. We'd stay at Batten Green again.
