Comfort Inn

For winter sports, the location is great, and the price felt fairly affordable compared with other hotels nearby. The evening receptionist was kind and helpful, and when my first room smelled strongly of cigarettes, they moved me to a clean one right away. Breakfast was nothing special, but a solid free option. I only wish there were a small gym.

We paid for late checkout, yet staff came into our room at 10am. After everything else, that felt intrusive and disrespectful. The night before, at 10pm, we were suddenly told they couldn't accommodate us, even though we'd been told there were seven rooms and our booking was confirmed. Nobody called or texted to warn us, despite several interactions with staff. When we tried to get an explanation, the staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They acted as if the mix-up was our fault instead of taking responsibility. The whole experience left us stressed and very disappointed. It was anything but relaxing, and I wouldn't stay here again.

Never coming back. The washers were broken, breakfast was yuk, and the whole place smelled of chemicals. Even the towels smelled off. There was loud noise after 10pm at night.

We slept well on the very comfortable beds, and the room was clean. The pool was nice too.
