The location could make it worth staying if you get the right price, and housekeeping had everything clean and organized when we arrived. They were accommodating at checkout, too. The hot tubs were in surprisingly good shape. The ski-on/ski-off claim is misleading, as it's more of a walk to the slopes. The place is shabby and run down. Elevators worked when they felt like it, and one doesn't go to the top floor. The sauna has been out of order so long that it's now a storage room. There's no parking, apparently because the lot collapsed some time ago.

It's clean, and the location can't be beat, but the place is dated and getting run down. Parking is a chore, though the bus system helps. Plan to leave your car a couple of miles away and take the bus back to the condo, since there's no nearby overnight parking.

The location and views deserve five stars, but the condition of the place is awful. The garage is condemned, with no parking allowed on top and a note advising against parking inside. Our AirBnB rental agreement never mentioned this. One of the building's two elevators was broken, the bathroom door was coming off its hinges, and only one treadmill worked in the workout facility. Four other pieces of equipment, including the sauna, were out of order. For me, that's a waste of money. Great location and views, but the building's condition brings it down to two stars. Spend your money somewhere else.

The views were great, and unit 401 was clean and quiet. Still, none of us could get a good night's sleep. The sofa bed was garbage, and the thermostats swung between too hot and too cold. For what we paid, I was disappointed that my family slept so poorly. We came to ski the mountain, not just look at it.

The room was cheap, but dirty and smelled weird. We found used Q-tips, and the cabinets were falling apart. The parking garage was crumbling and deemed unsafe, so we couldn't use it; parking was a nightmare. The small elevator required stairs to reach it, so this definitely wasn't handicap accessible. There was Wi-Fi, but we couldn't find a password anywhere, so we effectively had none. The elevator reeked of vomit, like someone had thrown a dripping trash bag of it in there.
