This was a birthday trip with my family. We booked through mountain resorts and ended up at The sheraton, though we had really wanted our favorite place. The room was 85 degrees when we arrived, and it never cooled down. After we spent the night there, we called mountain resorts in the morning. They promised someone would come that evening. At 2 we called again and were told it had been fixed, but we’d been in the room the whole time and nobody came. They then said someone would come right away. Five hours later, at 9, we called again, and finally someone showed up, but he didn’t know what to do and just gave us box fans. They said someone would come in the morning, and they did, but told us it couldn’t be fixed for a week. Our options were to move to a less nice hotel or stay in an 80 degree room for another 4 nights and get 20% of our money back. This was outrageous. The service was terrible, and the workers and managers were rude. I do not recommend it.

The elevator was slow, but parking was good and it was easy to get around. Our room was very nice and clean, and having a private hot tub was a real treat.

We’ve been coming every winter for years and always enjoy it. The room updates are appreciated, and the shuttle drivers to the ski hill are fantastic.

We’re here for the outdoors, with plenty to do, and the staff is friendly. The rooms are nice, too.

The location is decent, and the sauna and outdoor pool were nice. But the indoor pool was broken, and the steam room smelled bad and was filthy. In summer, it gets very hot with no AC, even with the window open and the standing fan running. The bed was one of those you have to pull down from the wall, which was a first for me. If you need anything after 9, good luck. We spilled something on the bed and were told we’d have to go to the clubhouse, where they could only give us a blanket.
