Fairfield By Marriott Inn Suites Rochester Hills

The location worked really well for where I needed to go, with easy highway access and plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, general stores, and a pharmacy nearby. The weight room and pool were available, too. I was pleasantly surprised by this Fairfield Inn & Suites. The room was REALLY comfortable and quiet, the hotel felt new and was well kept, and the staff did an amazing job. Thanks to Marriott for a great stay!

My daughter left a special stuffed toy behind, but the staff searched for it, kept us updated, and contacted us once they found it so we could pick it up. Thank you, Michelle. We were here for one night because of construction at our house. The room was clean, the pool was perfect, and we were happy with the stay. We'd book again.

If you're traveling with a sports team, don't stay here. The front desk watches the cameras from the back office to prevent kids from playing in the hallways. As a business traveler, I understand that at night, but during the day, I don't see the problem with letting the kids have fun. The rooms were fairly dirty, too. At check-in, I found a bag of ground coffee under the pillow.

Not sure why the rating is so low. The front desk was friendly and let me check in early. The only letdown was a mediocre breakfast. The room was clean and a little pricey, but I think it was worth what I paid.
