The staff are what keep bringing my husband and me back to this hotel. We stay here five times a year and will keep choosing this location. Haley at the front desk is a ray of sunshine, always helpful and knowledgeable, and makes it feel like home. We have nothing bad to say about the other staff either. Everyone, including housekeeping, seems to care. It's super clean for a Comfort Inn, and we feel safe here because they do a wonderful job keeping it that way. For a Choice hotel, it's top quality in every way. Words can't capture how amazing it is.

Customer service is outstanding, and the team is always looking for ways to make your stay more comfortable. The place is consistently clean and very convenient for food and drinks. This place is amazing, top notch!

I just needed to use the restroom, but Administrator Nia wouldn't let me. The hotel's post said the toilet was out of order, but the receptionist told me I couldn't use it because I wasn't a guest. Nobody mentioned that it was broken. I'm lowering my review because they lied.

I stayed at Comfort Inn Alpharetta GA 910 in room 116 from 12/14/25 to 12/19/25 for work, and I've been staying at this location for the past several weeks. A car in the front parking lot had its stereo blaring from 4:30 to 6:30 AM. It was loud enough to hear in the rooms facing the lot, the corridors, and the lobby. The front desk lady must have heard it, but did nothing. Why didn't she ask the person to turn it down or off? If they wouldn't respond, she could call the police for disturbing the peace. Since the hotel doesn't seem to care, should I stop staying here?

Haley was exceptionally helpful with my situation. Her kindness and professionalism impressed me, and I can't say enough good things about her. I'll recommend your hotel to everyone.
