I spent three months at Echo Suites Sterling, and it was a great experience overall. The location made a big difference: convenient, safe, and well placed for getting around the area. Since the hotel is new, the rooms felt fresh and modern. DirectTV and reliable, strong internet were essential for my extended stay, and the setup was practical and comfortable. The team were awesome. Everyone I dealt with was professional and respectful, and they were flexible when I needed some accommodation. You could tell they cared. Housekeeping could be a bit better, though I understand they were short-staffed at times. Some growing pains are expected at a newer property, and I didn’t have any major issues. For a long stay, I expect to look after my own space and bring my own supplies, so it wasn’t a big concern for me. I’d absolutely recommend Echo Suites Sterling to anyone looking for a clean, well-located extended-stay option. It served me well in an important time in my life, and I’m grateful for it.

I’m 500 miles from the place I call home, and I’m glad I ended up at this Echo Suites by Wyndham. It’s extremely clean, and management stays on top of things. The building is ideally located, with plenty of shopping and food nearby, including options within walking distance. I’ll always recommend this location to peers and colleagues visiting the Loudon County, Virginia area. 10/10. That’s my honest opinion, lol.

My Mom and I have been really happy with the care we get here. Hollow Hicks, the general manager, is so kind and always checks that we're doing well. Natasha greets us with a smile, and Anna is sweet and friendly. Stephanie truly cares about the guests and makes you feel looked after. Rahul is caring and helpful too, and Solomon takes his time getting the Extended Stay right whenever my Mom comes. The room was supposed to be accessible, and it was, but the bed was absolute garbage. I'm a wheelchair user and traveled with my adult daughter. The so-called handicap shower was awful: a flimsy bench attached to the tub, with its legs sitting in the tub, that collapsed as soon as you touched it. The parking lot wasn't monitored either, so people were using the handicap spaces. For a supposedly new place, this is a hot mess. I'd never return, even if I were paid to, and it needs new management to start with.

I still hadn't received the refund in my bank account a week later, and the representative supposedly helping me said, “It is not on us to get your money back.” The money was eventually found, but it had been sent to a different account from the one it came out of. I booked two days through Priceline/Afterpay on a Wednesday evening and arrived around 10. They said there were no clean rooms and that my reservation would be cancelled, but I would still have to pay for that night because the booking couldn't be cancelled. I'll post more updates. Just remember what they told me: “It is not on us to get your money back.”
