Roaches, bed bugs and fleas, and the hotel doesn't seem to be cleaned properly. Staff admitted they don't wash the mattress protector covers. Even the supposedly clean towels had hair, bugs and stains, and the bedding had the same problems. Roaches come out of the walls and ceiling in the hallway, and through the drain and outlets in the room. The lady manager always has an attitude, lies and doesn't know what she's doing. The manager won't admit there's an infestation, choosing to lie, blame others and use home remedies instead. I wouldn't consider this safe for families with kids of any age.

Good value for the money, with great hot water and a nice shower. The staff were good too, and Mrs. Shazia did a great job as manager. I'd keep extending my stay here.

The room had housekeeping a few times, and they did a great job, which left me smiling and happy to come back. The staff were kind and friendly, always greeting us with smiles and making conversation. Whenever I asked the front desk for something, they helped me. The general manager is caring and really kind. They also provide a generous amount of kitchen items at no cost. Thanks, I recommend this location.

It's fine for the price, not the best, but it gets the job done. The rooms look a little tired, and quite a few people seem to live here. There's a nice grab-and-go breakfast. I also left an item behind, and it was still at the desk two days later.
