Suburban Studios Sterling - Washington Dulles

Yvette and Marleni and their crew are the best. My granddaughter and I felt safe and welcome. The place is clean and comfortable, and it’s convenient for stores, restaurants, and the movie theater. Yvette and Marleni, thank you for your kindness. I can’t say enough about the hospitality. Five stars.

Harish, Amy, Marleni, Yvette, and the rest of the staff were so welcoming and helpful during our stay. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable.

For a longer stay, this is a great way to avoid spending so much on meals out. My room had a two-burner cooktop, microwave, and larger fridge, plus a large pot, a medium pan, and dinnerware for two. The beds were comfortable, and the heating and AC worked great. I stayed with my dog and paid a $150 security deposit. I loved it. The place is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The customer service was good, but the rooms need work. I had the feeling I might be sleeping with bed bugs, though I wasn’t. I still have no signs of bites. The room could’ve been cleaner, and I got the impression they may just make the beds depending on how clean the previous customer was. I’d only recommend staying here if everything else was booked. No harm meant to the hotel, I just want them to get it together.
