I had a great stay, despite a few small inconveniences. Spencer at the desk was attentive and professional, friendly without hovering, and handled things confidently. He made sure I had what I needed, and it was clear he cares about guests. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well kept, with an easy, welcoming feel. I’d stay again and recommend the place to others.

The worst hotel stay we’ve had after a lot of travel. My wife, our 10-month-old, and I were there on 3-18-26, and the service was horrible. The maid was rude, and we could hear her talking unpleasantly about guests. The room also hadn’t been fully cleaned. When we asked for a few extra minutes to get our child ready, they said no, even though we offered to pay more.

The room was mostly clean, but this place felt bare bones and nowhere near worth even $160. The pillows were awful, and the towel I used had makeup on it, though I wasn’t wearing any. There was no vending machine on our floor or ice available. A large area marked for it was empty. We were told there was a pool, which helped us decide to book, but that wasn’t true. The hotel has apparently been under construction for over a year, and I thought it would be finished by now. It seems like it may have been decent once, but who knows how long ago. We didn’t have enough towels, either. The quoted price for one night in a single king room went from $290 to $230 when we checked again 15 minutes later, a $60 drop. The price is way too high with so many amenities unavailable. I won’t stay here again.

We were traveling by motorcycle toward the Northeastern/New England states in the fall and found the location quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was great, and the desk clerk was super sweet. We walked across the street to the asian restaurant. The hotel has apparently been renovating the pool, hot tub, and other things for a number of years, so don’t count on those amenities. You have to get ice at the desk, and if you stay more than one night, request extra towels there too.
