I’ve stayed at this fantastic hotel before for business and planned to return with my family, but we got stranded in Chicago and couldn’t make our reservation. The team helped right away and connected me with the manager, Chris, who was very understanding and took care of us immediately. The service is excellent, and I’ll always stay here when I’m in the area.

We spent one night here to visit relatives and loved the quaint downtown in Stevensville. The hotel was in like-new condition, with modern design and cleanliness throughout. Staff were polite and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the walk-in shower was spacious with strong pressure and plenty of hot water. Parking was close by, and it’s pet friendly. One of our best hotel stays.

We checked in with our family, including two young children, for a birthday celebration in town. The room was in a shocking state: blood on the towels, urine on the bathroom floor, trash scattered around, and sheets that clearly hadn’t been washed. We took photos. My children were so uncomfortable that they refused to stay, so we left right away, despite the offer of another room and points, which I declined. The hotel wouldn’t refund us or give us a receipt or details of the charges, and made checking out unnecessarily difficult. Jon, the employee on duty, said he couldn’t check us out until after 2:00 AM, even though we were trying to leave around 9:00 PM. It raised serious concerns that they were trying to bill this as an overnight stay. This was unacceptable and deeply concerning for a hotel that takes families. Standards in the area may be higher during peak summer tourism, but the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and accountability in winter is inexcusable. The hotel should be ashamed of the condition guests are put in. I strongly advise people to stay somewhere else.

The rooms were very nice and clean, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast each morning had healthy choices, which was a bonus. We didn’t use the fitness center, though we went in to look and it seemed great. We also checked out the pool, which was clean and a good temperature. The hotel is right off the interstate in a quiet area, and we never had trouble with road noise. It was a great experience.
