Jose at the front desk was amazing, friendly, and professional. I was working at 5 a.m. when he came over and offered to make me coffee. I also had a computer problem, and he helped me with it. Great service. We'll be back!

The parking was very limited because construction equipment and conex boxes were taking up space. The building work and closed pool weren't mentioned in the app. During the day the elevator smelled strongly of paint, and at night it smelled like marijuana. The hallways were dirty and poorly maintained. The front desk attendant was smoking right outside the entrance when we arrived, which was an unwelcoming first impression. I tried to arrange a wake-up call, but the phone buttons in the room didn't work. We stay at several Marriott properties each year, and this one fell well below the standards we expect. It was disappointing and not as advertised.
The room was dated, with several ceiling repairs and paint drips, plus rust in the tub. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the third floor wasn't available, and the pool was closed. This was a brutal stay, and I don't think the hotel represents the Marriot brand.
The hotel was great and very clean. The staff were friendly, especially Dennis at the front desk. He stood out for how kind he was.
It was a decent stay for a reasonable price, and the hotel was close to the major roadways. Something smelled off, though.
