Hampton Inn & Suites Stillwater West

I was charged two days after a stay that never happened, and the hotel still won't refund me. I contacted both the property and the booking platform several times with my confirmation, proof my card was active, and documents showing the reservation was valid. They refused to honor the booking despite my confirmation email, then kept the charge for a service I never received. I find that dishonest and unacceptable, and it shows no integrity from management. The trouble started when I arrived to check in. I had a confirmed reservation through a major booking platform and had called ahead to say I would arrive late. Staff assured me that after midnight was fine. At the desk, I was told the booking had been cancelled for supposed card issues. That claim was false, and they even accused me of deactivating my own card, though my bank records show it was active and used that day. The accusation was baseless, hostile, and unprofessional. If reliability, honesty, and basic professionalism matter to you, I'd strongly suggest another hotel. No guest should be treated with this kind of disrespect.

Such a great stay. The place is budget-friendly, the rooms were really clean, and the breakfast had a good selection. It's pet-friendly, but all I noticed was how clean it smelled. The front desk staff were the nicest I've ever met at a hotel. Loved staying here.

Breakfast was hot and fresh, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. The front desk clerk was helpful and courteous. I'd definitely stay again.

The location is great, and the rooms are clean and updated. The AC gets very cold. Everyone on staff was friendly, courteous, and professional, and they really made me feel appreciated. I'd recommend staying here.
