We were about 10 minutes from the football game, and the location was amazing. Parking was plentiful, with enough lighting in the lot. The room was spacious and clean, and everything looked well kept and in great shape. Every staff member I met was kind and polite. Breakfast was a great value for the money. I'd highly recommend this for OSU games or events.

I travel frequently, and this is my favorite IHG property. Tyler, JJ, and Letha are amazing, and the way they represent IHG deserves a huge raise. The service and hospitality here are the best in town.

We had a separate bedroom and living space with a pull-out couch, and the room felt modern and very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a full meal, not the usual continental spread at most hotels. We'd definitely stay again.

We were charged for a room my son never stayed in, even though he cancelled with the front desk after being turned away. I spoke with GM Tyler, but he didn't help or refund us. They kept our money. My son had driven six hours expecting a place to sleep. He arrived at 2 a.m., after we'd told the hotel he would come early and said we would pay for the extra day. The front desk woman told him he had to wait until 3 p.m., then said the room was already occupied even at check-in time. He was upset that they wouldn't simply give him another room, though they said he could pay for one. She was rude and unhelpful, so he went to another hotel. After that, they refused a refund, saying he was 19 and guests had to be at least 21, and also calling it a no-call, no-show even though we'd told the front desk to cancel. This was the worst customer service I've experienced.

The room was tidy, though we did find a jacket left by a previous guest in the pull-out sofa. The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was very good with lots of choices. A nice, easy place to stay for a quick trip to Stillwater.
