Tru by Hilton Stockbridge Eagles Landing

I paid for two nights but never got to use the room because the hotel gave it to someone else. It was their mistake, yet they charged me in full. I’ve disputed the charge three times and gotten nowhere: no refund, no accountability, and no attempt to fix it. The receptionist was also incredibly rude and unhelpful. They treated it like my problem and offered no solution or even basic customer service. Being charged for a stay I never received is unacceptable. The poor communication and refusal to correct their error felt completely unprofessional and showed no regard for guests. I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere if you expect honesty, fairness, and respectful service.

Tab in the kitchen made the stay feel like home. She was warm, welcoming, and professional, like I was having breakfast with my cousins. The whole staff was friendly and knew their stuff. The gym was clean and all the equipment worked. Rooms are tight but comfortable and clean, and I loved having a smart TV. I’ll be back!

Breakfast was a real treat, and the warm welcome at reception made a lovely start to my visit. They also left a nice welcome note and amenities in the room. This was my second stay with the great team at Tru, and I’ll keep coming back whenever I’m in the area.

That early morning noise was my only complaint: a neighbor was shouting on the phone at her cheating boyfriend around 7:30 a.m., despite quiet hours running from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. It wasn't the hotel's fault. The rest of my stay was great. The fairly new hotel, which opened in February, was clean throughout, and my room was spacious with a roomy shower. I liked the amenities and toiletries, the full breakfast was delicious, and the customer service was friendly. I'd stay again.
