The Delta Bistro was full when we came for Jo Koy at Adventist Health Arena, so we ordered food and ate outside. Reserve a table if you plan to eat there. Some outdoor tables have fire pits, which were nice in the cold. The breakfast buffet could use more choices, but it was pretty decent. The hotel is only a 30 second walk from the arena, and the room had beautiful views. We also liked the Courtyard area, with pool tables, ping pong tables, an outdoor pool, and hot tub. There's indoor bar service until midnight on weekends and a small restaurant inside. We'd definitely come back!

The pancakes were fluffy, the egg omelette was delicious, and the food came out warm. My family and I enjoyed every bite, and Martha and Tina gave us service that put a smile on my face. Veronica and Susana at the front desk welcomed us warmly too. We will come back for breakfast. The one disappointment was that the men's and women's restrooms weren't clean.

We were here for our daughter's Jamz competition, and the rooms were very clean and up to standard. We also had a great time using the pool and hot tub, and the ping pong tables were a nice bonus. Definitely recommend staying here.

Parking was easy, and the location worked perfectly for a concert at the arena next door. Our room was clean, and the property had a nice bar, restaurant, and outdoor seating. We didn't try the pool, though it looked nice. There were some transients outside the fenced hotel area along the river, but none approached the property or bothered anyone. Breakfast wasn't included, which would've been nice, but the restaurant served a good breakfast at a decent price. We liked our stay and would come back for another concert.

The courtyard and bar area is amazing, and the staff and location were great. It's an older hotel with a nice remodel. I liked the apartment-size fridge, though the carpet was badly stained. The room had a desk chair but no comfortable chair. I'd stay again.
