Woolverton Inn

Mary and the staff know the area well and gave us great advice on what to see and do, which helped make our stay so enjoyable. Woolverton Inn is a special spot in the Delware River valley, with gorgeous grounds, a delightful flock of sheep, and rooms that are unique and quirky. The staff are amazing, and the location is great. Highly recommended.

We badly needed a chance to reset after the holiday rush, especially with two businesses to run, and Woolverton inn gave us just that. The property has breathtaking looks, and the manor house feels like a beautifully cared-for time capsule. Kris, I hope I've got the spelling right, checked us in with our dog nero at the garden cottage, which was like something from a storybook and gave us a cozy winter feel. It exceeded our expectations. The puppy basket with bowls and treats was such a sweet touch, and our boy loved it. From the cottage we could enjoy new Hope just over the bridge, with lots to explore, and walks on the trail during the day, waving to the darling sheep, were the cherry on top. The restaurant deserves a bravo: the food was delicious. I'll be dreaming about the potato soup and duck waffle, and the pot pie and prime rib were chef's kiss. At checkout I said goodbye to Kris and met one of the owners, mario. On our second day Mary, the other owner, made sure we got a fantastic breakfast, and I had a lovely conversation with her. The friendliness, charm, coziness, hospitality, and care for guests and their furry companions were all perfect. We can't wait to come back. If you're after great new hope accommodations or just a stay in the Stockton area, you need to stay here.

We've been coming to Woolverton since 2015, and it's only improved. The staff are kind, helpful, and accommodating, and the restaurant they added is excellent if you don't want to drive off the property. We will definitely return. It's a wonderful place to relax and disconnect, with easy access to all the shops, entertainment, and food in New Hope.

For a quiet getaway, this beautiful, welcoming B&B is highly recommended. The grounds and room were lovely, and the room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. The staff were wonderful. The on-site restaurant was an amazing experience, with impeccable food, service, and vibe, and it's open to the public.
