Fiddler's Green Inn

Make sure to look at the stars out front or sit by the brook behind the house, both are worth it. The rooms are cozy and welcoming, and Bud is a wonderful host, friendly and full of good suggestions. We managed to do everything he recommended in one day. Breakfast was amazing, cooked to order with fresh Vermont maple syrup. What a great place in Stowe. We’d definitely stay again.

After a long day riding, I met some really friendly, interesting people around the fireplace. The rooms are warm and comfortable, and Bud is a funny, accommodating, incredibly welcoming innkeeper, probably more interesting than the Dos Equis most interesting man in the world. I missed one of his breakfasts while trying to get first chair on a powder day, and failed. When I first walked in, another guest was hanging out in the kitchen, and I knew it would be a great weekend. This is a magical B&B, and I’d love to return on a future trip to Stowe.

Bud’s breakfasts are delicious, made with so much love, and he really made us feel at home. The inn was clean and cozy, and had the feeling of a grandparents’ home. We stayed in the fall and loved it so much we didn’t want to leave. Bud is awesome. I’d go back to Vermont just to stay here again. 10/10, we love you, Bud! Bud, the host, is so kind and helpful. This traditional Vermont home offers a bed and breakfast at a very good price. The location is great, with Falls Trail and Smugglers Notch nearby, and Stowe about 10 minutes away. A superb stay.
