The Claremont’s been a classy, luxurious stay for us, and after our third visit it still hasn’t disappointed. It’s hard to find this kind of relaxation anywhere between Denver and Kansas City. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the food is exquisite, and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. A real hidden gem out on the plains.

The rooms are comfortable, and the pillows are a welcome change from the usual motel ones. The staff make you feel like they’ve known you for years, and the food is to die for. Already looking forward to coming back.

The hosts, Brad and Alex, were so personable, and it was great meeting them. We’d only been looking for a night between Omaha and our New Mexico destination, but what a lucky find. The place is beautiful. We chose the Taste Dine and Stay option, enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, and the meal was magnificent. We even bought three bottles of wine. A real diamond in the rough.

We were just passing through, so we didn’t stay, but my son had stayed there and said it was awesome. He urged us to stop and take a look. We tried the wine tasting and bought two bottles. It’s a quiet spot in eastern Colorado, beautiful inside, and the staff were nice. Wish we’d had time to stay!
