The view was lovely, and I thought the quality was five-star for the money. Most of all, the staff made this a great place to stay. They helped us tremendously and will definitely take care of any issue you bring to them. We'd absolutely come back!

We had a room with a bed and a fold-out futon, though I would have preferred two queen beds for me and my two teenage children. It worked out fine. The room had a kitchen sink, a large garbage can, fridge, microwave, and dishes, and I used the broom often to keep up with the sand. The large fan was nice for circulating the air. The kids spent lots of time in the pool, while I enjoyed coffee in the deck chairs outside our room overlooking it. Free parking was a great perk. The staff were super friendly, and the location was excellent, near Pier 60, delicious restaurants, and within walking distance of all the best destinations. We'll definitely be back.

We paid $350 a night, over $700 in total, for our anniversary stay, and it was ruined. There were bugs all over the windowsills, bathtub, and floors. I spent the first ten minutes sweeping, then found brown water at the bottom of the fridge when I opened it to put away our food. I reported it to the office, and someone came in, sprayed the counter, and left. The room smelled musty, so I had to ask for air freshener. After dinner, we came back hoping to relax, but the TV didn't work. The office couldn't help and called the manager, who said she'd talk to me in the morning. She did nothing about the TV or its batteries that night. We sat in that musty room on our anniversary without even being able to watch TV. For this price, I'm disgusted with the service and the lousy manager. We should have spent the extra $50 a night and gone to a four-star place instead of this crap hole. The next day the manager never offered a refund. When I came down, she asked if I was checking out. Where were we supposed to go? It was a holiday and nothing was open. We had to stay one night without a TV in a nasty smelling room. I still can't wait to hear what excuse she has for not calling me that night. Bad overall, run!

This is my third time here. It's a great place for one person or a family, with a super clean property and really friendly staff. The beach is five minutes away, and everything else is close by too.
