A really nice stay for an affordable price. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and kept up well, and the staff were friendly and quick to help. Some things aren't already in the room, but if you ask, they bring them right away. I liked seeing a hotel that takes cleanliness and guest comfort seriously.

8/10. The room was really nice, with nothing damaged and a good color scheme, and the bed was comfy. It was great value for the money, and I'd stay again. I'm 6'4, though, and the shower felt too short for me. The bath drained very slowly, there was no coffee machine, and some of the extra blankets we requested had stains.

We've been here more than four days now, and it's been really nice and quiet. My husband lost his debit card, which turned into a mess, and the staff were understanding. I'm disabled, and since he works 10-12 hours a day, he had to find a US bank to get a replacement card. They were kind about it. I've sent the hotel information to my husband's union hall because they have a big job here in January, and I'd like all the guys to stay here. Good customer service feels rare, and places like this deserve to be rewarded. We'll definitely be back. Thank you! We travel over 9 months of the year for my husband's job, so first impressions matter. A gal came up to fix our TV after I hit the wrong button, lol. She arrived in two minutes and had it fixed in one. Great first impression!

I've been here for three days and it's been nice and quiet. The rooms are updated and look good, especially for how affordable they are. I haven't seen a single bug. Every employee I've interacted with has been amazing. It's exceeded my expectations.
