Kings Inn Cleveland

We stay in rooms for work a few times a month, and this was the best of the last four to six we’ve had lately. It was very clean, with no bugs or anything nasty, and the staff were friendly. The room was a little worn and dated: some things looked nice, while a few felt cheap or were broken. Still, I liked it, and we’ll stay here next time work brings us to the area.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt respected by the staff. My room was comfortable, and nothing went missing. The lobby snacks were priced cheap, and I left happy.

The room, number 120, was filthy and smelled awful. The sheets and blanket were dirty, and so was everything else. I asked the owner for a sheet and towel, but he was rude and told me to leave. I also want to warn people about the woman in room 120. She’ll try to get your husband or boyfriend into bed, and she puts herself out there. She’s old and ugly. Beware of her. Don’t go to Kings Inn. The service was poor, and the owner treated me horribly.

For $65, this older motel was just what I wanted: simple, pleasant, and inexpensive. It’s right off the freeway, though not especially close to Cleveland. The people at the desk were nice, and my older room was clean. The shower was perfectly fine and clean; some plumbing repairs looked amateur, but everything worked. Anyone looking for a generic, brand-new place like a surgery center should stay away and leave reasonably priced spots like this to us normal people.
