The location is great, but the rooms badly need repairs. On both of my stays, the window blinds were broken. In room 414, the shower head and tub faucet were broken, and the sinks wouldn’t drain. This hotel needs a makeover.

The first two nights went well. When I returned for the third night, several of my things were gone, including food and snacks. The young man at the front desk was great, but having the housekeepers take my belongings really soured me on the whole place.

The room got nice and dark, which we loved, and it was quiet apart from the AC unit. I got up because I thought something was leaking and making strange noises. We also had some trouble getting the key card to open the side door, though I think the door itself was the issue. The kids and adults both liked breakfast. The shower took a little while to heat up and get good pressure, but once it did, it was good. I’d recommend staying here.

The overnight front desk lady was super nice and helpful. The place was clean and quiet, and I’d happily stay here again. Hampton doesn’t disappoint!

The breakfast was excellent, and the attendant was really kind, something that feels hard to find in hotels these days. My family and I drove eight hours from Omaha and stayed the night after a family wedding. The beds were super comfortable after all that travel. I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area again.
