Quality Inn

The pool was beautiful, with a classy atmosphere, and there were plenty of towels. Housekeeping stood out first: my room had been made completely fresh, and I can smell when things have been cleaned. Everyone was helpful and smiling, and the easygoing staff made it feel like a great place to bring kids. The whole stay felt generous and welcoming. This place is a keeper, and we'll be back. Thank you!

The pool looked inviting, but it had an odd smell, and there were roaches inside the tables in the pool area. The rest of the hotel was dingy and at best a bit dirty. Staff ranged from unapologetic to downright rude, and the bar was overpriced. Our first room was shabby, not very clean, and musty. After the first night, a leak came through the ceiling into the bedroom. The front desk didn't seem bothered or apologize, and moved us to a smaller, dingier room that smelled like cigarettes. Save yourself the misery and pay more to stay somewhere else.

The pool area was the best part for me. I really loved how some rooms open straight onto it, and if we stayed again, I'd want one of those rooms for the pool. I had two rooms for a party of seven, kids included. It wasn't too loud for me since people weren't right outside my door, so I could sleep. The hallways and carpets looked like something from #shining, very outdated. Still, it worked for our weekend.

My sister's tub was dirty, and they neither cleaned it nor moved her to another room. The room my sister's mother-in-law had couldn't be locked from the pool side. The rooms were really ragged and needed a lot of work, nowhere near Quality Inn standards. The staff seemed unconcerned about the building's condition. Honestly, they all looked like people in drug rehab. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
