The way the staff handled my lost bag was outstanding. After driving more than 200 miles home, I realized I’d left a whole bag of personal items in the room, things that would’ve been expensive to replace. I called in a panic to ask if it had reached lost and found, and I think I spoke with Rami. Housekeeping had turned it in. A friend picked it up from James at the front desk today and brought it home. Every single thing was still there. From the housekeeper who cleaned room 226 yesterday and turned in the bag to the front desk team who held it for my friend, everyone involved was honest and kind. Eric at the front desk had also been polite during our stay and happily brought towels and toilet paper when we asked, along with the four extra pillows we requested. I hope Marriott recognizes everyone who helped. They deserve 10 stars.

Check-in was quick and pleasant, and the hotel looked really good. There was popcorn in the lobby and candy just off the elevator. Our room was clean and stocked, and the stay was quiet and peaceful. There’s no free breakfast.

After a 15-hour drive, we were eager to unpack and relax. Alyssa at the Check In Desk made getting settled quick, easy, and professional. She was amazing. The room was nice and cold, with a clean bathroom and great water pressure. The bed was comfy, there was lots of clothing storage, and I could get Netflix on the TV. Parking was easy, the elevators were quick and felt sturdy, which I appreciated because I get motion sickness. The fire pit felt warm and inviting, and the cookies were yummy. We absolutely loved the hotel and had a great stay!

I needed a shower before a wedding, but the water was ice cold, both morning and night. The front desk said they knew about the fourth-floor shower problem and would fix it. Other guests complained while I was there. I got back late and exhausted from the wedding, and it was still cold. The manager had a smug, arrogant attitude and refused to move me to another room, transfer me to a different Marriott, or give me a full refund. They only offered a partial “discount” or points after I kept pushing, and given the manager’s attitude, I doubt she’ll follow through. They knew about the issue and kept booking those rooms. Horrible customer service.

Alyssa at the front desk handled my issue quickly and courteously. The air-conditioning in my room wasn’t working, so she assigned me another room, and it was perfect. I really appreciated her help.
