The room had multiple cockroaches throughout my stay. The sheets were stained and smelled, and there was a big hole in the wall that nobody had tried to fix. When I needed to check out early, the man at the front desk refused to refund the unused nights. I’d paid with my card at the hotel, in person with him, but his answer was still, “figure it out on the website.” That was his response whenever I asked questions or needed help. He had a terrible attitude and acted like I was incompetent every time we spoke. You’d be better off paying a little extra somewhere else and saving yourself the headache of dealing with these heartless people. I know you’ll read this and paste the same generic apology you’ve used for the other complaints, so use that time to become a kinder person and maybe clean the motel rooms more than once every 20-30 business days. Have the day you deserve ❤️

I booked one night for one person through my employer’s website for $70. The Gujarati family managing the place was really nice, but I left disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. The highway noise made it hard to sleep, and the rooms were in bad shape. Breakfast wasn’t hot, and the cereal wasn’t refilled. I’d avoid eating anything there in case it’s old or stale and makes you sick.

I’d paid for the room and had my credit card, a copy of my Social Security card, and insurance paperwork with my name on it, but they still turned me away because I’d lost my ID. With nowhere to go, I had to sleep outside in the freezing cold while on my way to a funeral. It was awful.

Everything was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and we got a peaceful rest. My son and I loved the pillows, and the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was good, too. We’ll stay at America’s Best again when we’re passing through town. Thank you.
