Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Kodak East - Sevierville by IHG

Kathy kept the breakfast items fresh and served everyone with a smile. The breakfast spread was one of the best I’ve had at a Holiday Inn Express, and the prices were fair. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed and a large shower with great pressure that made for a relaxing wash. Friendly service and a delicious breakfast, what’s not to love?

Logan got us checked in quickly, and the area by Bass Pro Shops was convenient, close enough to things while out of the hustle in Knoxville and Sevierville. Our first floor room was clean and quiet, which I’d worried might be a problem, but we didn’t hear everything. The TVs could be better, and the HVAC unit could too, though neither was a big deal. Breakfast looked like it was all pre-frozen. We didn’t eat any, so I can’t say how it tasted.

Randy and the staff gave us a lovely orchid and card for our anniversary, and we’re so grateful. We got married several years ago in Gatlinburg, TN, and have stayed at this hotel for several years. The hotel is super clean, including the room, which matters a lot to me. The front desk staff were so sweet, breakfast was good, and we love Kathy at the breakfast bar. She’s always making sure everyone has what they need before she closes, and I enjoy talking with her when we visit. We were blessed to stay twice this year. The beds were so comfortable I didn’t want to get up, and the whole hotel was quiet enough for a restful night. Its location right beside Bass Pro Shop and The Chop House Steakhouse was a highlight, with local attractions and amenities easy to reach. The property feels modern, with sleek decor and up-to-date facilities. Randy Patrick, the General Manager, made a strong impression with his attention to detail and care for guests. Whether handling a small group or a large organization, he works hard to make the stay go smoothly, including seamless check-in and check-out. He’s one of the nicest people I’ve met, and his hospitality made my visit memorable. I had an exceptional stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Kodak East-Sevierville, Tennessee, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kodak, pigeon Forge, or Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It’s a fantastic place with wonderful management and top-notch amenities!
