Best Western Plus Executive Hotel & Suites

I'd happily stay here again when I'm in this part of Louisiana. It's clean and safe, the hotel is lovely, and the guest service staff are lovely too. My only worry was what people in neighboring rooms thought of me. The TVs in the newly renovated rooms are brand new, but the volume starts at NINETY-NINE whenever you turn them on. I had to be ready with the remote to turn the sound down fast. I used to be a "cable gal" and tried, without success, to change that setting. I was sure the people next door were going to hate me late at night or early in the morning!

I stayed here several times between June and October 2025. The place has a lot going for it: spacious, tidy rooms, comfy beds, and a mini fridge. It's pet-friendly and the pet fee is low, now $30 after having been free. It has always fit my company's $150 per night policy. The front desk folks are friendly and accommodating, and they've given me a dog gift. There are complimentary meals Monday through Wednesday with cookies, an automated espresso machine, and movie nights in the lobby. Customer service is great. But I've been in four different rooms, and every one smelled moldy and/or smoky. I asked to change rooms on my last stay. The new one was a bit less musty than the first, but still smelled moldy, and I was too tired to ask to move again. With that smell, I wouldn't stay longer than a night or two. Otherwise, it's an amazing facility.

The friendly, helpful staff and clean, well-kept rooms make this a great fit for my family. We stay here every time we visit Sulphur, and when we plan a trip, we don't even look at other places. The atmosphere is just right for us. Highly recommend!

Deanna gave some of the best customer service in town. She was so sweet and had a great sense of humor. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job too. Jenny Sabrina and Nicole worked together to get everything done, and it's the best housekeeping I've seen in a long time. Wonderful hotel and a great vibe. Teamwork makes the dream work. I'd recommend it to anyone. God bless.
