Holiday Inn Express & Suites Summerville by IHG

There's a lot close by, including places to eat, gas stations, stores and even a grocery store in the same parking lot. The hotel was clean and quiet, with free breakfast, and the staff I met were nice. I recommend staying here.

The staff made everything easy. Both desk workers quickly and happily brought us extra towels and batteries when the thermostat ran out, and they agreed pleasantly when I asked for a slightly late checkout as an IHG member. Everyone was helpful, and breakfast was among the best we've had at a hotel. They had crispy bacon ready instead of telling us they were out. We stayed one night in June 2025. The beds were very comfortable and the room stayed quiet all night, despite the hotel being busy. The hotel isn't brand new, but everywhere we saw was well cared for. I-26 is easy to reach, and I couldn't hear traffic from the room. We'd definitely stay again.

The desk lady who checked in my sister, mom and me was so kind and accommodating. She was a blessing, and we really enjoyed our stay. I was visiting from out of town for a doctor's appointment, and we didn't want to drive back the same day. I'm glad we stayed and plan to return in January. Breakfast was very good, though we just needed some cheese for our grits. The room was clean, and the TV had an issue, but that was okay. Lots of stores and restaurants are nearby.

Mike kept bringing out hot food as quickly as he could on the packed dining area's Fourth of July weekend. He was very kind and patient. Cleanliness has dropped a lot over the last two years. If you need towels or service, wait at the front counter until you get it. Otherwise, you may not get towels for two days.
