The staff were very nice, but the bed was so uncomfortable I tried to get another room in the middle of the night and couldn’t. The mattress had a huge dip, the pillows felt like plastic meant for outdoors, and the top comforter was basically a textured sheet. I’m sure not every mattress has the same dip, but the bedding is probably just as cheap throughout. I won’t stay there again.

The staff were awesome, friendly, and very professional, and the location is great. The property could be excellent if the owner and leadership stay on top of replacing furniture and improving the cleaning. My room had badly stained furniture, growth in the shower, and food left in a cabinet drawer by the previous occupant. The desk lamp was so dim it worked better as a nightlight than a work light.

I’ve been staying here since July 2024 because it’s handy for work, meals, and other things to do. The staff are kind and helpful. Felix at the front desk always greets me by name and is personable, and Tina at the bar is funny, chatty, and goes out of her way to make the drink you want. Vannessa, the general manager, is always willing to talk and help out. They’ve also been upgrading the carpet and door locks for security, and I haven’t been inconvenienced by the work. Thanks for everything. Keep it up and you’ll keep growing.

Breakfast had grits instead of oatmeal, which made me happy as a true southerner. Everything was great, and the room had utensils ready to use, so I didn’t need to go downstairs and ask for some. It also had a fridge with a real freezer that kept food frozen. I was surprised and delighted that they even provided a hair with the shower cap. They had everything I needed, and I can’t wait to visit again.
