The shower barely has any pressure, more like a light drizzle, and the fan doesn’t clear the humidity. I’d get out and then have to shower again because everything felt so damp. There’s no TV in the master bedroom, and the sliding doors are awful. One door nearly left us stuck out on the patio since there’s no handle on the outside. The stove burner stays hot even when it says it’s off, so we had to unplug it at night because we were worried about a fire. This place needs maintenance. The valet staff don’t speak English, and the service and Wi-Fi are unreliable. Even when connected, there’s no service, and the room’s Wi-Fi often doesn’t show up. Don’t recommend. LOL

Good security access and valet, in a beautiful building with units that are a decent size.

The apartments are large, and Sunny Isles has a great location, just 3 minutes from the beach. It’s a newer building with a pool, gym, valet parking, and nice staff. What’s not to like?

We had repeated problems, and the staff weren’t friendly. The valet drivers sped around and went over the ground bump without stopping, so many cars scraped. My car ended up with several scratches. They also kept pressuring us to tip whenever we got the car. Inside, things were disorganized. A woman at the front got angry and spoke disrespectfully, claiming we hadn’t paid and our cars weren’t there, even though we showed the receipt. It’s awful dealing with a company that isn’t respectful of people or their cars.
