We felt safe in the clean neighborhood, and the apartment was much more spacious and comfortable than we expected. It was well equipped and surprisingly clean. There was a nice balcony view, private parking, a grocery store, and a pool area. Even the two TVs were a bonus, with at least one being a 4K smart TV. The place had everything we'd hoped for and more.
I spent two days in Building 1, Unit 702 and Unit 503. The apartments were very nice, the location was fantastic, and the deal was superb. I found Intracoastal Yacht Club by Hosteeva trustworthy, and the Hosteeva employees helped me whenever I needed it. Thanks to all of them. I apologize for saving my evaluation without writing anything, I meant to rate it and saved it by mistake.
Zibo made our two-week stay great. She was very nice and answered all our questions around the clock. My kids, ages 2, 5, and 7, had the best time, especially at the big pool. My two-year-old also loved the little playroom. We first came after friends recommended the building, and I'll definitely be back.

The apartment gave us a bright, clean, spacious home base in Miami, and we had a fantastic holiday stay at Sunny Isles Vacation Apartments. We strongly recommend it. All the best, the Belmonts.
