Churchill Suites Intracoastal Yacht Club

The way management handled my move-out charge was the worst part of living at Intracoastal Yacht Club. I asked by email when to return the keys, and a staff member clearly said July 1st. I brought them back that day, as instructed. Even after I showed them the email, they refused to remove a charge of over $200 for supposedly returning the keys a day late, saying there was nothing they could do and I had to pay. Then they sent the charge to collections, even though the mistake was clearly theirs. I lived there in Sunny Isles Beach for about 15 months, and it was easily my worst living experience in Florida. The bathroom leaked every month and was never properly fixed despite repeated complaints. A horrible smell from the air-conditioning made the apartment unbearable at times, and reporting it several times did nothing. The garage and hallways often smelled of dog urine. Between the ongoing maintenance problems, the odors, poor communication, and extremely unprofessional management, the place exceeded my expectations in the worst possible way. If I could, I'd give it -5 stars. Think twice before living here.

My wife and I have lived here for five years and absolutely love Yaniles Costa and her staff. Yaniles has made the community safer and brought the residents together. Intracoastal feels like more than home to us, it’s family. I've met plenty of managers, but Yaniles really cares about residents and brings people together.

Katerina, the manager at Intercoastal Yacht Club, is professional, attentive, and quick to answer questions or help with concerns. It's a pleasure dealing with someone who cares about the residents and keeps service at a high level. Thanks for your help, responsibility, and positive attitude!

Monica and Evelyn are what made living at Intracoastal Yacht Club such a good experience for me. They’re warm, professional, and always ready to help, and they make residents feel looked after. The building itself is beautiful too. I’ve really enjoyed living here and would recommend it.
