Featured review

The units are roomy, with full kitchens, spacious living areas, and bedrooms, and they have the comforts of home. The beach is just two blocks away, with luxury resorts along the shore offering entertainment. The City Trolley provides free public transportation, too. It could work well as an investment or a home. The building is being renovated to address past problems, and the units are updated. The pool is currently being redone with attractive new pavers. It's a quiet area, with shops and restaurants nearby. McDonald’s, a pharmacy, and a gas station are about a two-minute walk away, and the beach is roughly five minutes on foot. Very nice apartment.

I don't think this building is safe to live in or even pass beside. Concrete is crumbling throughout the parking garage, and cracks run across the whole structure. I'm scared to walk near it, never mind live there. The assessment is huge, and some engineers have reportedly said it can't be repaired. The association still allows cars to park on the second garage level, which seems suicidal.

The building isn't new, but it's in good condition. The elevators are quick, the water pressure in the units is amazing, and I've seen the building super cleaning the halls and outside every day. You can walk to everything, including the beach. I'd love to stay here whenever I visit.
