The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had plenty of variety. We booked several clean, fairly spacious rooms for a few days in Leavenworth with family, including a wheelchair user. Finding places that are truly accessible can be difficult, and this location worked out well for him. No setup is ever perfect for my elderly parent, though.

I'm still in a warm room trying to sleep, after waiting 15 minutes for someone who the front desk said they would send. The AC seems burned out, and I worry it may be unsafe. I can see that the unit is burned, which raises a real concern about electrical safety, especially for guests who can't deal with this themselves. This is my second stay at the Comfort Inn in Wenatchee, and the air conditioning has failed both times. On my first visit, the unit wasn't working properly either. The front desk told me to unplug it and plug it back in, saying the newer units had different handling procedures. My husband got it working himself, which was frustrating but manageable then. I tried the same thing this time, but it didn't help. I travel often for work and usually choose Comfort Inn, so I didn't expect these problems at this location. Seeing awards for excellent service here feels at odds with what happened. I can't recommend this hotel, and this was definitely my last stay. Think twice before booking if a safe, comfortable room matters to you.

The breakfast was especially good compared with other hotels, and the cheerful attendant was so pleasant and kept everything stocked. All the employees were welcoming and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the pool and hot tub were well cared for. Happy to come back, though I almost hate letting people in on this amazing little secret 🤩

Clean, well kept place. The beds were hard and the showers barely had any pressure, which seems par for the course at hotels these days. Still, I'd stay again.
